Insights was meant to be in Nashville. Then COVID hit. We had three months to rethink everything, build it online, and still make it feel like an experience worth showing up for. I led all creative work for the event. Branding, web, UX, video, keynote design, promo assets, and more. We built a new WordPress site, integrated with virtual event software, and made sure every piece felt intentional and cohesive. The theme was Amplify, so we ran with bold movement, soundwave visuals, and a color system inspired by Nashville’s neon signs and our core brand palette. Every visual touchpoint had to deliver—from session graphics to motion templates to executive keynotes. I worked across teams and managed designers, developers, and vendors to get it all out the door.

Despite the pivot, attendance and engagement stayed high. Creative was consistent across the board. The event made an impact, and the work became the foundation for future digital and hybrid events.
