Poe Legacy Construction had the skill and reputation, but their digital presence wasn’t pulling its weight. Their site wasn’t operational, leads weren’t coming in, and the brand lacked clarity. I came in to rebuild everything from the ground up. I handled the full brand and digital strategy from the logo, identity, content, SEO, UX, site design, dev, and marketing rollout. The goal was to create a modern, hard-working brand that still felt warm, authentic, and rooted in Texas. This included visual direction, voice, tone, and a full system of assets built to scale with the business.

From competitive research to custom CMS integration, I managed the entire engagement solo through strategy, execution, testing, and launch. Every decision, from logo shape to color palette to CTA placement, was designed to reinforce trust, capability, and craftsmanship.

  • Implemented lead capture tools, conversion-driven CTAs, and form tracking
  • Ran marketing efforts through Meta to boost visibility and engagement
  • Designed business cards, flyers, and field-ready materials

Research & Positioning

  • Analyzed 10+ competitors to find market gaps
  • Positioned the brand to stand out with clear value props, trust-building visuals, and modern messaging

The Result
